Many job seekers are faced with this catch 22, “sorry you don’t have enough experience” but what people don’t realize is unless someone is born with experience they have to have a job to gain one. Despite having the talent and performance the companies are generally reluctant to bank on new talent unless the CEO himself vouches for them or otherwise they bring in a strong/powerful reference. It’s a shame as to why new talent is subjected to this discrimination. It’s a shame on all those who think that their mother’s womb gave them the experience and right to discriminate. So the next time someone with talent comes to you for a job, think about it!
